After working for many years in the CRLC office, as secretary and Administrative Assistant, Pamela entered the ELCA Candidacy Process. She completed the seminary requirements to be commissioned as an Associate in Ministry, and was installed at CRLC in 2003. She serves CRLC as a Spiritual Director, focusing upon Adult Faith Formation and Discipleship. She is also serves as Spiritual Director for individuals (lay and rostered) throughout the synod.

Pamela attended Miami University in Oxford, Ohio and Cleveland State University. She did post-graduate work at Trinity Seminary and was certified for Spiritual Guidance from Shalem Institute for Spiritual Formation. She is involved in the NEO Synod Congregational Resource Team, and has served on the Multi-Synodical Candidacy Committee.   Pamela is also a retreat leader, conference speaker and a writer about Faith Formation.
