Pamela worked for many years in the CRLC office, and then made a decision to go back to school with a focus on Spiritual Formation. She was installed at CRLC in 2003 and serves as the Associate in Ministry responsible for Spiritual Direction and Formation.

Pamela attended Miami University in Oxford, Ohio and Cleveland State University. She did post-graduate work at Trinity Seminary and was certified for Spiritual Guidance from Shalem Institute for Spiritual Formation. She is involved in the NEO Healthy Congregations Resource Team for the ELCA and the Multi-Synodical Candidacy Committee, and has served as a retreat leader, conference speaker and a columnist for The Lutheran Messenger.
