The newest member of the CRLC ministry staff is Pastor Amber Waugaman.  She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Special Education from State University of New York at Geneseo.  She comes to us from Trinity Lutheran Seminary in Columbus, Ohio where she received her Master of Divinity. Newly ordained into the ministry, she was installed as the Associate Pastor of Youth and Family Ministries in 2007.
Pastor Amber brings with her a passion for learning with and walking alongside children of all ages and abilities.  She works with the Youth in Christ (YAC) group, the confirmation program, and meets one-on-one with many families and children as they grow in their faith together.  She also aides and supports the Sunday School program and teachers, promotes opportunities for participation in religious camp activities among the children, encourages meaningful and child-friendly worship experiences, and works to foster a welcoming atmosphere for all people no matter what their abilities.  Pastor Amber also enjoys sharing her love for clown ministry with others.

Pastor Amber also enjoys singing with the choir and playing her French Horn with the brass ensemble.
